Produced by the Cattier family (Champagne makers since 1763), each bottle is crafted entirely by hand by a team of just eight. Only Premier Cru and Grand Cru grapes from Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne are used.
Tasting Notes
Marvellously complex and full-bodied with a bouquet that’s fresh and lively. Racy fruit character with subtle brioche notes. Creamy texture, great depth, and a long, silky finish. A superb example of Prestige Champagne.

Background Information
Armand de Brignac (“Ace of Spades”) is produced by the Cattier estate. Bottled in limited quantities with intensive hand labour by a team of 8 people, led by Jean-Jacques and Alexandre Cattier.
Grapes come from Premier and Grand Cru villages including Cramant, Avize, Oger, Choully, Ludes, Rilly-la-Montagne, and Mareuil-sur-Ay. All wines are blends of three vintages for added complexity and richness.
Bottles are aged deep underground in the Cattier cellars, remuage (riddling) is done by hand over 30–45 days, and each cuvée includes a liqueur de dosage aged 9 months in oak barrels from Burgundy.
